If for any reason you encounter a problem during the process of browsing the website, when creating or managing your account, when using the platform, or when paying, we are here to deal with it and resolve it, without any delay and within a reasonable time of time.

The User has the right to contact “ACTIVITY EDGE (e-service)” through the support platform and sending electronic messages (e-mail), if he faces any problem with his account or for any other technical problem, as well as for the expression of any desire or complaint regarding the services provided.

Or alternatively you can go to court. For any dispute arising in relation to the provision of our services, the Courts of the city of Larissa are competent.

B. In relation to carrying out any activity or package or related travel arrangement

As long as you have booked and paid for the purchase of participation in the activities offered by an Organizer, you have the right to contact “ACTIVITY EDGE (e-service)”, submitting messages, requests or complaints regarding the performance of the activity or package. We will forward these messages, requests or complaints to the Organizer without culpable delay. The date of receipt of messages, requests or complaints by “ACTIVITY EDGE (e-service)”, is the basis of calculation for compliance with deadlines or limitation periods and for the Organizer.

 

Evaluation Mode:

For the activities displayed through "ACTIVITY EDGE (e-service)" and www.activityedge.com and the respective Organizers who offer them, it is planned to apply an evaluation regime, where Travelers will be able to register their comments, observations and their suggestions, as well as to rate the activities services provided.

Especially for the purchase of packages or linked travel arrangements:

Organizers established in Greece ensure through an insurance policy the return of all sums paid by travelers or on their behalf, to the extent that the relevant services are not performed due to insolvency of the organizers themselves. As long as the carriage of passengers is included in the package tour contract, the organizers also provide guarantees for the repatriation of the travelers by activating the relevant clauses of the insurance policy. The option to continue the package may be offered. Organizers who are not established in an EU member state have the same obligation. and sell or offer for sale packages in Greece or who by any means direct such activities to Greece.

These guarantees cover the amounts of payments made by or on behalf of travelers for the purchase of a package, taking into account the time between the receipt of advance payments and final payments and the completion of the package as well as the estimated cost of repatriation to case of insolvency of the Organizer.

The Organiser's insolvency protection covers travelers regardless of their place of residence, place of departure or place of sale of the package, as well as regardless of the Member State in which the insurance company providing the insolvency protection is located.

When the Organizer's insolvency affects the execution of the package, the guarantee is activated free of charge to ensure repatriation and, if necessary, cover accommodation before repatriation.

For travel services that were not performed, refunds of the amounts paid are made without culpable delay at the request of the Traveler.

The Organizers established in Greece notify the number of the insurance policy and the name of the insurance company to the competent department of the Ministry of Tourism. The details of the previous paragraph are registered in the Tourism Business Register. For Organizers established in an EU member state, any protection against insolvency, which the Organizer provides based on the relevant measures of the member state of its establishment, is recognized as meeting the above requirements. The central point of contact for the facilitation of administrative cooperation and the supervision of organizers operating in Greece is the Department of the Register of Tourist Enterprises (MH.TE.) and Complaints Management of the Directorate of Quality Standards which, according to the organization of the Ministry of Tourism, is responsible for handling and dealing with cases concerning complaints to it. The contact details of the central contact point are communicated to all other Member States and the Commission by the Department for International and EU Relations. of the Directorate of Strategic Planning of the Ministry of Tourism. The above central contact point notifies the respective central contact points of the other EU member states. all necessary information regarding the requirements of the national insolvency protection system, as well as the identity of the insurance company providing insolvency protection for specific Organizers established in Greece. That point of contact shall provide mutual access to any available directory listing the Organizers that meet their insolvency protection obligations. Any such directory is available to any interested party, including via the internet.

If the above communication with the insurance company does not work, and in this case, you have the option of turning to agencies that provide out-of-court dispute resolution services. When using the specific services, the User is obliged to observe the rules of good behavior and decency, to use clear and concise speech, as well as not to proceed with illegal, immoral or inappropriate statements. The use of offensive, defamatory or slanderous language is expressly prohibited.
